I neeed to read a book
Hello my frisky little ponies.
I've read Fahrenheit 451, Ethan Frome, and various short stories in the past few months...but those are all for school. I have to read a book to read a book, and I can't read the Harry Potter series again...No, I need something new. I still won't read Twilight, but who knows, I may cave eventually...my will isn't really that strong...But the thing is I've got a whole bunch of books, but I've not been able to read anything...why is that? I used to read all the time! I miss it! But I've been on the computer, talking to friends, doing homework, watching television, seeing movies...modern technology is kicking my ass. I don't really want it to. But I can't escape...Look at me, I'm posting on my interwebz blog right now! *sigh*
Anyway, Barnum is starting and its all very exciting, but not nearly as exciting as when I got to do more than simply sing sitting in a chair. Don't worry about me, stuff will start happening. What sucks, though, is that I've got a whole bunch of projects coming up and it doesn't make me happy...I just don't like knowing I've got a lot of stuff to do, it makes me nervous, like I'll never be able to finish in time...Oh well. Looks like no school tomorrow, so...its all good.

-Myself
Hello world. My name is Sarah; what's yours?
I love: my long, teal, knit, fingerless gloves; being able to pack that many adjectives into one description; thinking; my awesome friends; my lovable family; the theatre--both acting in and watching; my iPod; classical music; Five For Fighting music; ...music...; "How I Met Your Mother"; Neil Patrick Harris; writing; papaya lip gloss; "Friends"; the interwebz; English Class; movies; awards shows; chocolate related things; New York City; Boston; Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert; telling people about the things I love (apparently.)
I hate: negativity (well isn't that the hypocritical statement of the century); stupid people; bad parents; thinking; my inability to fall asleep quickly; sunburns; touching/eating sea creatures; insects; my bangs separating; writer's block; sickness; my own forgetfulness; my own impatience; know-it-alls; IRKs; intolerance; static electricity; dirt under my fingernails.
Quote of the week:
"Yes, I'm grounded: got my wings clipped. I'm surrounded by all this pavement. Guess I'll circle while I'm waiting for my fuse to dry. Someday I'll fly; someday, I'll soar. Someday I'll be so damn much more; cause I'm bigger than my body gives me credit for."
~John Mayer, "Bigger Than My Body"
Unconditional Desires.
- To finish writing a piece of literature.
- To have a fabulous new hair cut. (Achieved!)
- To travel throughout France.
- To experience zero gravity without going to space.
- To live in New York City with a friend for several years.
- To meet Neil Patrick Harris...I hear that guy's awesome.
- To be in a beauty pageant, then laugh with my friends at what a ridiculous idea it was.
- To nab a leading role in a play/musical at my school.
The endless connections.
